เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2569 นางสาวพินทุ์สุดา ชัยนาม อธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ พบหารือกับนางชลิดา ทาเจริญศักดิ์ ประธานมูลนิธิศักยภาพชุมชน และสมาชิกเครือข่าย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นเกี่ยวกับรายงานทบทวนสถานการณ์สิทธิมนุษยชน รอบที่ 4 ของประเทศไทยภายใต้กลไก Universal Periodic Review (UPR) ของคณะมนตรีสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งสหประชาชาติ อาทิ ในประเด็นกระบวนการยุติธรรม สิทธิทางการเมืองและสิทธิพลเมือง และสิทธิในที่ดินของชุมชน ทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องถึงความสำคัญของการปฏิสัมพันธ์อย่างสร้างสรรค์ระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคประชาสังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมและคุ้มครองสิทธิมนุษยชน และการสนับสนุนให้กระบวนการ UPR มีความครอบคลุมเพื่อสะท้อนมุมมองของทุกภาคส่วน

On 14 August 2026, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, met with Ms. Chalida Tajaroensuk, Director of the People’s Empowerment Foundation and network members to exchange views on Thailand’s 4th Cycle Universal Periodic Review (UPR) report under the UPR mechanism of the Human Rights Council on various human rights issues in Thailand such as the judicial system, civil and political rights and community land rights. Both sides underscored the importance of constructive exchanges between the government and civil society organizations in the promotion and protection of human rights, as well as encouraged an inclusive UPR process to reflect perspectives of all stakeholders
