ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้กล่าวถ้อยแถลงในกิจกรรม Refugee Food Festival เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองวันผู้ลี้ภัยโลก

เมื่อวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2568 ดร. ลาลีวรรณ กาญจนจารี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้กล่าวถ้อยแถลงในกิจกรรม Refugee Food Festival เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองวันผู้ลี้ภัยโลก (World Refugee Day) ซึ่งจัดโดยสำนักงานข้าหลวงใหญ่ผู้ลี้ภัยแห่งสหประชาชาติ (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees: UNHCR) ณ ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลเวิลด์

ภายในงาน มีนาย Raouf Mazou ผู้ช่วยข้าหลวงใหญ่ผู้ลี้ภัยแห่งสหประชาชาติ (ด้านปฏิบัติการ) สำนักงานข้าหลวงใหญ่ผู้ลี้ภัยแห่งสหประชาชาติ ร่วมกล่าวเปิด และมีผู้แทนจากภาครัฐ องค์การระหว่างประเทศ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตต่างประเทศในไทย รวมถึงภาคเอกชน และประชาชนทั่วไปเข้าร่วม โดยผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีฯ ได้ยืนยันความมุ่งมั่นของไทยในการดูแลผู้หนีภัยกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ซึ่งไทยได้ดำเนินการมาอย่างยาวนานบนพื้นฐานของค่านิยมและประเพณีทางมนุษยธรรม และการแสวงหาทางออกที่ยั่งยืนสำหรับกลุ่มดังกล่าวต่อไป

กิจกรรมในปีนี้จัดในรูปแบบเทศกาลอาหารผู้ลี้ภัย (Refugee Food Festival) เพื่อแสดงความเป็นน้ำหนึ่งใจเดียวกับผู้หนีภัยทั่วโลก โดยใช้อาหารสื่อถึงเรื่องราวของผู้หนีภัย อัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรม และความเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชุมชน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการสัมภาษณ์ผู้แทนภาคธุรกิจ และบุคคลสาธารณะ ที่สนับสนุนการให้โอกาสและการช่วยเหลือผู้หนีภัยกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ด้วย

On 20 June 2025, H.E. Dr. Lalivan Karnchanachari, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, delivered remarks at the Refugee Food Festival in commemoration of World Refugee Day organized by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) at Central World.

Mr. Raouf Mazou, Assistant High Commissioner for Operations, UNHCR, jointly delivered opening remarks. The event was attended by representatives of government agencies, international organizations, embassies, private sector, media, and the general public. The Vice Minister reaffirmed Thailand’s longstanding commitment in taking care of different groups of displaced persons, in line with the country's humanitarian tradition, as well as in exploring durable solutions for these groups.

The Refugee Food Festival was organized with the aim of showing solidarity with displaced persons worldwide using food, as a means to present their stories, cultural identities, and sense of belonging to the community. The event also included an interview of business owners and public figures that support this cause, by providing opportunities and assistance to displaced persons.
