เมื่อวันที่ ๑๔ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๘ นางสาวพินทุ์สุดา ชัยนาม อธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ พบหารือกับนายฝั่ม เหวียต หุ่ง เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนามประจำประเทศไทย ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งแก่ระบอบพหุภาคีในสถานการณ์ทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง และการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศด้านอาชญากรรมทางไซเบอร์ที่มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มสูงขึ้น ในโอกาสนี้ ไทยแสดงความยินดีที่เวียดนามจะเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดพิธีลงนามอนุสัญญาสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ (United Nations Convention against Cybercrime) ระหว่างวันที่ ๒๕ - ๒๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๘ ณ กรุงฮานอย

นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ข้อพิพาทบริเวณชายแดน ไทย-กัมพูชาในบริบทอนุสัญญาออตาวาและอนุสัญญาเจนีวา ค.ศ. ๑๙๔๙  

          On 14 August, 2025, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, met with H.E. Mr. Pham Viet Hung, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to Thailand.

          Both sides exchanged views on on the strengthening of multilateralism amidst evolving geopolitical tensions and enhancement of international cooperation to combat the growing threat of cybercrime. On this occasion, the Director-General congratulated Viet Nam for being the host country for the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime on 25 - 26 October 2025 in Hanoi.

          Moreover, the two sides also exchanged views on the situation in the border area between Thailand-Cambodia in the contexts of the Ottawa Convention and the Geneva Convention of 1949.
