เอกอัครราชทูตฯ แจ้งการเชิญของรัฐบาลสาธารณรัฐอาร์เมเนียแก่ผู้แทนระดับสูงของรัฐบาลไทยในการเข้าร่วมการประชุมสมัชชาภาคีอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ ครั้งที่ 17 (Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity: CBD COP 17) ระหว่างวันที่ 19 - 30 ตุลาคม 2569 ณ กรุงเยเรวาน ขณะที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นเกี่ยวกับระบอบพหุภาคีในปัจจุบันและแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับอาร์เมเนียในสหประชาชาติ ซึ่งรวมถึงการให้การสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกันในลงสมัครรับเลือกตั้งของไทยและอาร์เมเนียในกรอบต่าง ๆ ของสหประชาชาติ
On 9 February 2026, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, had a discussion with H.E. Mr. Vahe Gevorgyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Thailand with residence in Beijing.
The Ambassador conveyed an invitation from the government of the Republic of Armenia to the Royal Thai Government in sending high-level representatives to participate in the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP 17) during 19 - 30 October 2026 in Yerevan. Both sides exchanged views on the present state of multilateralism and opportunities to enhance cooperation between Thailand and Armenia in the United Nations, including in extending reciprocal support to candidacies in United Nations frameworks.
