เมื่อวันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายพืชภพ มงคลนาวิน รองอธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ พบหารือกับนาง Ilse Lilián Ferrer Silva เอกอัครราชทูตเม็กซิโกประจำประเทศไทย
ทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือและแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นเกี่ยวกับประเด็นในกรอบพหุภาคี โดยเฉพาะการคุ้มครองสิทธิผู้โยกย้ายถิ่นฐานและสิทธิคนพิการ ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายสนใจร่วมกันและมีบทบาทนำในเวทีระหว่างประเทศ
On 17 November 2025, Mr. Phuchphop Mongkolnavin, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, met with H.E. Mrs. Ilse Lilián Ferrer Silva, Ambassador of Mexico to Thailand.
Both sides discussed and exchanged views on various issues being advanced in the multilateral frameworks. In particular, they discussed the protection of the rights of migrants and the rights of persons with disabilities. These are issues both sides have a deep interest in and play lead roles on at the global level.
