เมื่อวันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2567 นางเอกสิริ ปิณฑะรุจิ ปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้พบหารือกับ น.ส. Kathryn Clarkson หัวหน้าสำนักงานกลุ่มประเทศ (Country Cluster Delegation - CCD) ของกาชาดและสภาเสี้ยววงเดือนแดงระหว่างประเทศ (International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC) เนื่องในโอกาสที่ น.ส. Clarkson เข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือแลกเปลี่ยนเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับ IFRC ในเรื่องความร่วมมือด้านการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย การเตือนภัยล่วงหน้า การควบคุมมลพิษ การให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรม รวมทั้งการเตรียมการเข้าร่วมการประชุมกาชาดและสภาเสี้ยววงเดือนแดงระหว่างประเทศ ครั้งที่ 34 ของคณะผู้แทนไทย

On 11 June 2024, Ms. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand met with Ms. Kathryn Clarkson, Head of Country Cluster Delegation (CCD) of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)  on the occasion that the Head of CCD has just assumed her position. Both sides discussed the cooperation between Thailand and IFRC on disaster risk reduction, early warning system, pollution control, humanitarian assistance, and preparations for Thailand's participation at the 34th ICRCRC meeting.
