เมื่อวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2569 กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ โดยกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ ร่วมกับศูนย์ศึกษาการต่างประเทศ (International Studies Center: ISC) จัดการหารือกับภาควิชาการเพื่อรับฟังมุมมองเกี่ยวกับระบบพหุภาคีนิยมในบริบทการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์โลก
ดร. อนุสนธิ์ ชินวรรโณ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษาการต่างประเทศ นางสาวพินทุ์สุดา ชัยนาม อธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ และนายวรวุฒิ สมุทรกลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักนโยบายและแผน พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นกับผู้แทนภาควิชาการ ได้แก่ (1) ดร. ม.ล. พินิตพันธุ์ บริพัตร รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (2) รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. จิตติภัทร พูนขำ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และ (3) รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ดุลยภาค ปรีชารัชช นายกสมาคมภูมิภาคศึกษา และอาจารย์ประจำโครงการเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ศึกษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์
On 7 May 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by the Department of International Organizations, and the International Studies Center (ISC) co-organized an informal dialogue with academia to learn from their perspectives and exchange views on the multilateral system in the context of the changing global geopolitical landscape.
Dr. Anuson Chinvanno, Director of the ISC, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organisations, and Mr. Worawut Smuthkalin, Director of the Office of Policy and Planning, together with the Ministry’s officials exchanged views with members of academia; namely, (1) Associate Professor Dr. M.L. Pinitbhand Paribatra, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation, Thammasat University (2) Associate Professor Dr. Jittipat Poonkham, Associate Dean for Academic and International Affairs, Director of International Studies Program, Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University and (3) Associate Professor Dr. Dulyapak Preecharush, President of the Association of Regional Studies in Thailand and Lecturer in Southeast Asian Studies, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Thammasat University.
