นายกรัฐมนตรีปราศรัยวันสหประชาชาติประจำปี ๒๕๖๖ ย้ำไทยสนับสนุนภารกิจของสหประชาชาติ พร้อมร่วมมือกับทุกภาคส่วนสร้างโลกที่สันติสุข ยั่งยืน และน่าอยู่สำหรับคนรุ่นหลัง
เมื่อวันที่ ๒๔ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๖ นายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้กล่าวคำปราศรัยเนื่องในวันสหประชาชาติ ๒๔ ตุลาคม เพื่อย้ำการสนับสนุนของไทยต่อภารกิจของสหประชาชาติและความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศภายใต้สหประชาชาติในการรับมือกับความท้าทายร่วมกันของทุกประเทศ โดยเฉพาะความขัดแย้งระหว่างประเทศมหาอำนาจ ความเหลื่อมล้ำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และการบรรลุวาระการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ค.ศ. ๒๐๓๐
นายกรัฐมนตรียังได้กล่าวถึงภารกิจของไทยช่วงสัปดาห์ผู้นำของการประชุมสมัชชาสหประชาชาติ สมัยสามัญ ครั้งที่ ๗๘ ณ นครนิวยอร์ก สหรัฐอเมริกา ที่ผ่านมา และได้แสดงความพร้อมของไทยที่จะร่วมมือกับทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อร่วมสร้างสันติสุขและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนสำหรับประชาชนไทยและประชาคมโลก และสร้างโลกที่น่าอยู่สำหรับคนรุ่นต่อ ๆ ไป
Prime Minister delivers 2023 UN Day statement reiterating Thailand’s support for UN and readiness to work together towards peaceful, sustainable, better world for future generations
On 24 October 2023, H.E. Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister, delivered a statement on the United Nations Day, 24th October 2023, reiterating Thailand’s continuous support for the work of the United Nations. He also stressed the importance of international cooperation with the United Nations at its core in response to current global challenges, particularly geopolitical conflicts, inequality, climate change, and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Prime Minister mentioned the mission of Thailand during the recent High-level week of the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, the United States. He also underscored Thailand’s readiness to cooperate with all stakeholders to build a peaceful and sustainable world for Thai people and the international community, making it a better place for future generations.
