เมื่อวันที่ ๑๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๗ นางสาวพินทุ์สุดา ชัยนาม อธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ ให้การต้อนรับนางสาว Soohyun Kim ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานยูเนสโกส่วนภูมิภาค ณ กรุงเทพฯ และผู้แทนองค์การยูเนสโกประจำประเทศไทย เมียนมา สปป.ลาว และสิงคโปร์ ตามคำขอของสำนักงานยูเนสโก กรุงเทพฯ ในโอกาสเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะเพื่อแนะนำตัวในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่ง
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงการต่างประเทศกับสำนักงานยูเนสโก กรุงเทพฯ โดยเฉพาะในด้านการศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ และวัฒนธรรม และในโอกาสนี้ อธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ ได้ย้ำคำเชิญของฝ่ายไทยให้นาง Audrey Azouley ผู้อำนวยการใหญ่องค์การยูเนสโกเยือนไทยในช่วงเวลาที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายสะดวก

On 11 March 2024, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, received an introductory call from Ms. Soohyun Kim, Director of the UNESCO Regional Office in Bangkok and Representative to Thailand, Myanmar, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and Singapore.
Both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and UNESCO Bangkok Office, particularly in education, science and technology, artificial intelligence and culture.
On this occasion, the Director-General reiterated the standing invitation by the Thai Government to Madam Audrey Azoulay, UNESCO Director-General, to pay a visit to Thailand at a mutually convenient date.
