เมื่อวันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน 2566 นางสาวแคทรียา ปทุมรส รองอธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ ได้ร่วมงาน "วันอาสาสมัครสากล ประจำปี 2566" ซึ่งกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงมนุษย์ (พม.) และโครงการอาสาสมัครสากล ของสหประชาชาติ (UNV) ได้ร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดขึ้น 

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว รองอธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศได้กล่าวถ้อยแถลง ซึ่งย้ำถึงบทบาทสำคัญของอาสาสมัครต่อชุมชน และบทบาทสำคัญของอาสาสมัครต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนโดยรวม รวมทั้ง รองอธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศได้กล่าวย้ำถึงความมุ่งมั่นของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศที่จะร่วมส่งเสริมบทบาทของอาสาสมัครในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้นสำหรับทุกคน 

On 24 November 2023, Deputy Director - General Cataleya Phatoomros, Department of International Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand attended the "International Voluneer Day 2023" (IVD2023) event, which was co-organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) and United Nations Volunteer (UNV). 

In her welcome remarks, the Deputy Director - General highlighted the crucial role of volunteers to communities and sustainable development, while reaffirming Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand's commitment to promote volunteerism as an engine for sustainable development and better livelihood for all.
