"ขอขอบคุณผู้นำอาเซียนและประเทศคู่เจรจาหลายท่าน ที่ได้มาแสดงความยินดีกับดิฉันต่อการที่ประเทศไทยได้รับเลือกตั้งเข้าไปดำรงตำแหน่งสมาชิกคณะมนตรีสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งสหประชาชาติ วาระปี พ.ศ. 2568 - 2570 ด้วยคะแนนเสียงสูงสุดในกลุ่มเอเชียแปซิฟิคในระหว่างการประชุมสุดยอดผู้นำอาเซียนในวันนี้ ซึ่งดิฉันได้ยืนยันว่ารัฐบาลไทยจะให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมและคุ้มครองสิทธิมนุษยชนในประเทศ และจะทำงานร่วมกับนานาประเทศในการส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชนระหว่างประเทศค่ะ"

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the ASEAN leaders and Dialogue Partners for their congratulations extended to me during the ASEAN Summits here in Vientiane on Thailand’s election to the Human Rights Council for the term 2025 - 2027, with the highest votes among candidates in the Asia Pacific Group. I underlined Thailand’s commitment to promoting and protecting human rights in the country and working closely with other countries to advance human rights at the international level."
