เมื่อวันที่ 5 กันยายน 2567 นางสาวพินทุ์สุดา ชัยนาม อธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ ได้ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในงาน SusTrends 2025 จัดโดย The Cloud ณ พิพิธภัณฑ์สวนป่าเบญจกิติ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานการทูตของไทยเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และการประชุม Summit of the Future ในช่วงสัปดาห์การประชุมระดับสูงของสมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติครั้งที่ 79 ระหว่างวันที่ 22-23 กันยายน 2567

การประชุม Summit of the Future จะเป็นโอกาสสำคัญสำหรับทุกประเทศและภาคส่วนในการร่วมกัน (1) เร่งรัดการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ให้ทันกำหนดในปี ค.ศ. 2030 ผ่านการดำเนินการตามคำมั่น 60 ข้อที่จะปรากฏในเอกสาร “คำมั่นเพื่ออนาคต (Pact for the Future)” และ (2) ส่งเสริมความร่วมมือเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือกับประเด็นท้าทายในปัจจุบันและอนาคตใน 5 หัวข้อหลัก ได้แก่ สันติภาพและความมั่นคง การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรา การคำนึงถึงเยาวชนและอนุชนคนรุ่นหลัง และการปรับปรุงระบอบธรรมาภิบาลของโลก

ในโอกาสนี้ กรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ หรือ TICA ยังได้ร่วมจัดนิทรรศการเกี่ยวกับหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับประเทศและองค์กรระหว่างประเทศต่าง ๆ ในการให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการพัฒนาในงาน SusTrends 2025

On 5 September 2024 Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, MFA Thailand, gave a talk on the Summit of the Future at SusTrends 2025 event, organized by the Cloud at Benchakitti Forest Park Museum. The talk focused on the role of Thai diplomacy in driving sustainable development and the Summit of the Future, which is scheduled to take place during the High Level Week of the 79th UN General Assembly on 22-23 September 2024.

The Summit of the Future will be an opportunity for all countries and stakeholders to turbo charge the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 through 60 actions outlined in the Pact for the Future and step up cooperation to meet with present and future challenges in 5 thematic areas: peace and security, economic development and sustainable development, science and technology and innovation, youth and future generations and global governance.

Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) also participated in SusTrends 2025 to showcase of Thailand’s partnership on sustainable development with various countries.
