เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายพืชภพ มงคลนาวิน รองอธิบดีกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศพบหารือกับนาย Patricio Powell เอกอัครราชทูตชิลีประจำประเทศไทย นาย Matias Antonio Senra De Vilhena อุปทูตรักษาการชั่วคราวบราซิลประจำประเทศไทย และนาง Atzimba Luna Becerril อัครราชทูต สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเม็กซิโกประจำประเทศไทย โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชน การขจัดการเลือกปฏิบัติในทุกรูปแบบ และความร่วมมือในคณะมนตรีสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งสหประชาชาติ (Human Rights Council: HRC)

On 3 July 2025,  Mr. Phuchphop Mongkolnavin, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Organizations met with H.E. Mr. Patricio Powell, Ambassador of the Republic of Chile, Mr. Matias Antonio Senra De Vilhena, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of Brazil, and Mrs. Atzimba Luna Becerril, Deputy Chief of Mission of Mexico in Thailand to exchange views on the promotion of human rights and elimination of all forms of discrimination and explore possibilities for further collaboration at the Human Rights Council.
